GreenPointe

As a relatively new homebuilder with communities spread throughout Florida, GreenPointe Homes asked us to help them create a memorable, confident brand identity. After learning about their design process and customer orientation, we positioned them as "The Best Way Home." Using bright photography and contemporary colors, we created a friendly, approachable personality for their brand that is easily recognizable in any community.

Integrity

As a local builder, Integrity Homes needed a brand positioning that allowed it to compete with national builders in the same master-planned communities. Through our envisioning process, we discovered how deeply the value of integrity runs through every facet of the company, and used that as both a mission statement and a call-to-action in their tagline: Stay True. With that as our foundation, we were able to tell a compelling story for the builder that buyers relate to and know is authentic. By building trust, we sped up the homebuyer's decision-making process.

Line K

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, K. Hovnanian Homes worked with internationally renowned designer Piet Boon to create Line K, a collection of modern homes unlike anything the Northern Virginia market has ever seen. With a starting sales price of $1.2 million, we piqued this high-end market's interest with a lifestyle magazine that was mailed directly to our prospects to create drama and excitement. A VIP Grand Opening event was held at the three model homes with Piet Boon and Ara Hovnanian in attendance, and a public grand opening was supported by print ads, radio direct mail and online banner ads.

Pacific Shores

In Huntington Beach, CA, Pacific Shores was an existing community without a well-articulated brand when Corbelis asked us to reposition it. By refreshing the community's image with strong imagery in a clean look and feel, with a new on-site signage system, we revived the traffic numbers at the community. We also re-engaged the Realtor community with relationship-driven promotions. The community then exceeded its projected sales pace and is very near closeout.

Symphony Park

An urban-inspired enclave of high-end brownstones adjoining the grounds of the Music Center at Strathmore in North Bethesda, Symphony Park is just one example of a high-end development that enlisted the services of Fraser Wallace Advertising to specifically reach the Bethesda market. The brand marketing emphasizes world-class design, art appreciation and access to the region's finest shopping, dining and recreation with a nod to European living in the architecture, landscaping, community programming and project marketing. The positioning was established with online and print advertising, and tactile collateral materials that contributed to incredible pre-sales, even in a down market. Those early sales set the tone for the project - Symphony Park is almost sold out.

Willowsford

Willowsford is a 4,000-acre community in exurban Loudoun County, VA with a 2,000-acre open space requirement. To create value for homeowners, as a result of our collaborative envisioning process, they built a community farm instead of a golf course, which became the cornerstone of a completely unique lifestyle and market position.

We have been the stewards of their brand from inception through every point of contact, including a biannual 80-page lifestyle magazine, interactive touchscreen displays, community videos, blogs, website, print ads, banner ads and e-flyers. We were quite proud to see them win the 2013 National award for Community of the Year.
